Cleaning with the powder-water jet device

With the powder-water jet device, discolouration and pigment deposits are removed from the tooth surfaces using a water-air mixture to which a cleaning powder is added - calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate or glycine powder.

Deposits on the teeth can be caused by smoking or by drinking red wine, tea or coffee. Cleaning with the powder-water jet device: the pressure of the water jet in combination with the cleaning powders removes this discolouration and cleans the tooth surfaces as well as areas that are hard to reach, such as the spaces between the teeth.
